In a relaxed, high-level setting, you’ll have the opportunity to continue conversations from the main stage and showcase your own initiatives in medical device software, AI governance, validation strategy, cybersecurity architecture, or lifecycle quality.

How to Submit Your Poster
- You must first register to attend the 6th Medical Device Software Development Summit 2026
- Submit a short abstract outlining your topic (e.g. AI validation, cybersecurity architecture, regulatory strategy, lifecycle quality, DevOps in regulated environments) for review by the conference team
- You will be notified once your abstract has been accepted, along with poster dimensions, printing specifications, and set-up instructions. An online PDF copy of your final poster must be submitted 2 weeks prior to the Summit
- Poster & Networking Session: Tuesday, July 21
- Abstract Submission Deadline: Monday July 6
Please note, there is no additional charge, but you must be attending the conference to submit an abstract. Posters should not be used for sales and marketing purposes. All abstracts are subject to approval by the conference organizers, who reserve the right to reject submissions.
